About Us

A shareholder in the firm since 2014 and a key player in management, Amélie is the go-to person for all pension-related technical and regulatory issues. No matter what’s at stake, she understands the impacts and is a key consultant to employers as well as unions, associations of managers and directors, and employees. She is also an excellent communicator and has the gift of being able to make complex pension-plan concepts understandable to the layperson. Increasingly, Amélie is putting her expertise to good use in other areas of our operations: risk management, group insurance and workplace health and safety.

Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries since 2013, Amélie received a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Quebec at Montreal in 2003 and then joined Optimum Consultants & Actuaries.
