Jawal holds a Master of Organizational Management from Université d’Aix-Marseille. He is an expert in the financial management of the CNESST indemnification program, in database management and compensation analysis. Over the years, he has acquired considerable expertise in risk analysis utilizing highly complex databases.

Jawal has over 10 years of experience, which he uses to help organizations make strategic choices with regard to the financial aspects of the CNESST program.

He is active in his community and volunteers with various sports organizations, actively promoting soccer among young people.
